     “Any person below twenty-one (21) years old, those who are sixty (60) years old and above, those with immunodeficiency, comorbidity, or other health risks, and pregnant women, including any person who resides with the aforementioned, shall be required to remain in their residences at all times, except when indispensable under the circumstances for obtaining essential goods and services or for work in permitted industries and offices”.

The Philippine National Police, Through the PNP Retirement and Benefits Administration Service (PRBS) had implemented the Modified Nationwide Accounting Pensioners as a consequence of the prevailing Public Health Emergency from May 18 to June 7, 2020.

With the restrictions to movement and other preventive measures against Covid-19 still in effect, PGEN ARCHIE FRANCISCO F GAMBOA, Chief, PNP has recently approved a Memorandum Circular for Pensioner accounting under New Normal condition which puts premium in the health and safety concerns of the PRBS clientele.

As such, the PNP is launching the Pensioner Ko, Sagot Ko” (PKSK) Project, It is a Buddy System between an Active PNP Personnel and a PNP Pensioner where the active personnel assumes the responsibility of monitoring the welfare and status of a pensioner.

Your Active Personnel-Buddy will be visiting you in the comforts of your home (based on the address you declared/on record) anytime from today until August 14, 2020. After this initial contact, your Active Personnel-Buddy will be visiting you every 3 months but may maintain contact through cellphone or other platforms.With the implementation of the PKSK Project, the regular updating in the PRBS and its PRBUs will be temporarily suspended. It will be the task of the Active Personnel Buddy update your status to PRBS.

You may now start to fill-up your Update Form. And for those without an Affidavit of Undertaking yet, it may administered by a Notary Public or a Police Commissioned Officer of your local police. Like the normal updating, Survivors and Transferees are still required to submit their latest PSA Documents (Advisory on Marriages or Birth Certificate). A picture will be taken with your Active Personnel-Buddy, too.
